What a Whole Foods Plant based Diet Did for Me

After my second pregnancy, I was suffering from worsening health issues and a lack of energy. I was having a hard time keeping up with my 2 young children, and was unsure of what the future might hold for my health.

The change to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle with a big focus on raw foods is what drastically improved my health and gave me a new sense of empowerment! I now have more energy, clearer thinking, improved digestion, deeper sleep, clearer skin, balanced hormones, improved immunity, normalized weight, and an overall more positive outlook on life. A decade later I am still fit and healthy, and have no problem keeping up with my 3 young children.
