Choco-green Mango Smoothie
GREENS, we all know we should eat more - but sometimes you just don't feel like that 'green taste'. In fact, sometimes you just feel like eating chocolate! If that's the case for you today - here's a great nutrient-dense & chocolatey smoothie to satisfy your chocolate craving!

Ingredients
- 4 cups filtered water
- 4 cups organic spinach or organic baby kale
- 1 cup diced fresh or frozen mango
- 3 organic bananas
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder *can sub carob powder

Instructions
- Add all ingredient into high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth!
Recipe Notes
If this recipe isn't quite sweet enough for you, simply add 1-2 more pitted dates.
The tiny mason jar pictured is the portion I used to give my kids when they were little. Remember - they eat what we eat. If we want our kids to eat healthy we MUST lead by example. Treats can be healthy!
